Product leader with experience delivering and scaling regulated fintech platforms, from initial build through to repeated production in a licensed environment. Experienced in overseeing cross-functional teams spanning internal engineering and external technology partners, with enough working depth in cybersecurity, blockchain custody, and cloud infrastructure to collaborate meaningfully with engineering, empathise with delivery constraints, and write technical product specifications when the situation calls for it.

An educator at heart, with over 10 years in a dual role as Academic Head of ICT and Group IT Manager across four schools. Drove the ICT programme well beyond the Cambridge curriculum with enrichment in coding, blockchain, 3D modelling, and electrical engineering.

Uses AI deliberately as a learning and delivery tool, including personal hands-on exploration of agentic AI systems. Drawn to organisations where people collaborate without ego or politics, and where the work connects to something that genuinely matters.
